These terms apply when you use Aligned at alignedlife.live. Aligned is run by AA Digital, a sole proprietorship based at Plot 42, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What Aligned is

Aligned is a short questionnaire that produces a free overview and, if you choose to buy one, a personal report delivered as a PDF. Reports are written by an AI model from your answers and the details you give us, following instructions we have designed.

Aligned is a tool for self-reflection. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a career placement or assessment service. Suggestions, including professions to consider, are starting points for your own thinking. Decisions you make are yours. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.

AI-written text can contain mistakes or statements that don't fit you. We work to keep reports accurate and useful, but we don't promise any particular result from using them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate details and to use only an email address you control. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to that address; keep access to it secure.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your card or other payment details go directly to Paddle; we never see them.

If you already hold a lower-priced report for the same quiz, you pay only the difference to upgrade.

Delivery

Your report is written straight after payment, usually within a few minutes. You can download it on the site, and we email it to you as a PDF. If it fails or doesn't arrive, see our Refund Policy.

Your report

Your report is yours to keep and use for personal purposes, including sharing it with people you choose. The site, its questions, design, and text remain ours, and you may not copy or resell them.

Your data

We delete your account, answers, results, and reports 7 days after your report is delivered, or 7 days after your quiz if you don't buy one. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Fair use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use automated tools to generate reports in bulk. We may refuse or suspend access if you do.

Our liability

We provide Aligned “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown here when you use the site or make a purchase, and the effective date above will change when we update them.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the problem.
