Shipping and Delivery Policy

Aligned sells digital reports only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery charges.

How your report is delivered

• Your report is written as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• It is usually ready within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours.
• You can download it as a PDF on the page you're taken to after paying.
• We also email it to the address you signed in with.

Keeping your copy

The PDF is yours to keep. We delete our copy, along with your answers, 7 days after delivery, so please save it.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, email hello@alignedlife.live or call +91 92668 10777 and we'll send it again. If we can't deliver it, you get a full refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
